Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring an Operations Coordinator in New Albany, OH for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

The role focuses on managing 4th party relationships with Network Carriers to ensure SOP compliance, delivery performance, timely billing, and overall customer satisfaction. The position requires an operations background in logistics, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• One year or more years related experience required.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Experience in logistics/transportation operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Print delivery tickets for inbound trucks and fax to Network Carriers.
• Update orders on RTBS reports and coordinate scheduling with Carriers.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs) and related tasks for all locations.
• Manage the Open RA report on a monthly basis.
• Research orders on the Over 50 report and ensure invoicing readiness.
• Respond to pending invoice questions from the Network Carrier Invoicing Team.
• Validate and update complete dates in iDirect for scheduled orders.
• Assist Operations Supervisor with building return trucks and backups.
