Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with internal and external customers to manage profiles and service needs.
• Interface with airlines, shipping, and carrier partners to track shipments and understand requirements.
• Manage documents for accuracy and update customer data in systems.
• Locate information from databases and logs to verify operational details; support reporting.
