Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic software applications.
• Uses databases to review and verify documentation.
• Able to prepare basic reports and queries.
• Able to track and trace shipments or products.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers; manage profiles, service needs, and billing questions.
• Interface with airlines, shipping, truck and related carriers to track shipments and requirements.
• Manage documents and update data in software systems; identify issues and resolve with appropriate groups.
• Utilize databases and logs to locate and verify information; information is operational in nature.
• Track orders and shipments; assist with tracing and prepare invoices.
• Assist with quotes or information required for potential services; support standard to complex quotes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
