Responsibilities

• Interface with airlines, shipping and trucking carriers to track shipments.
• Manage documents and update data in software systems; resolve issues as needed.
• Track orders and shipments; assist with invoicing and payments.
• Prepare quotes and assist with operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
