Job summary

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's in Transportation, Operations or Supply Chain Management or related field; master's preferred.
Professional certification may be required in some areas.
Ability to develop analytics, reports and communications related to transportation and logistics.
Familiarity with common systems and databases used for transportation and logistics management.

Responsibilities

Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for performance, compliance and invoicing with report development and analytics.
Analyze operational or transportation details to identify improvement, savings or efficiency opportunities.
Oversee data integrity by reviewing and auditing information in systems.
Ensure processes comply with applicable laws and regulations; seek guidance when needed.
Develop metrics and goals for programs and present to customers or leaders.
Review claims or damages, perform root cause analysis, and report findings.
