Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• 5 years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal/external customers; manage profiles, service needs, and inquiries.
• Interface with airlines, shipping, trucks and carriers to track shipments and understand requirements.
• Manage documents, update systems, identify and resolve operational or service issues.
• Use databases/logs to locate/verify information; provide operational data.
• Track orders/shipments and assist with invoicing and payments; support quotes.
