Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least five years of office experience in logistics/transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to run basic reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with internal and external customers and manage profiles and service needs.
• Interface with airlines, shipping, trucks, and carriers to track shipments.
• Manage documents and update customer data in systems.
• Track orders and assist with tracing; prepare invoices and handle payments.
• Assist with operational reports and quotes as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain safe work environment.
