Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• Five years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop working relationships with internal and external customers, assist with account management including customer profiles, details and service needs; address questions on shipments, billing, status, services and carriers.
• Interface with airlines, shipping, truck and related carriers to understand requirements and track shipments.
• Manage documents for accuracy; update operational data in software systems; identify missing or potential concerns and coordinate resolution.
• Utilize databases, logs and other sources to locate and verify information; information is operational in nature.
• Track orders and shipments; assist with tracing and issue resolution; create and process invoices and quotes as needed.
• Assist with running and summarizing operational reports and details; prepare information required for quotes.
