• Interface with airlines, shipping, truck and related carriers to track shipments and understand requirements.
• Manage documents for accuracy; update data in software systems; communicate issues to relevant teams.
• Utilize databases and logs to locate information; verify operational data.
• Track orders and shipments; assist with invoicing and payments; support quotes.
