You will manage customer profiles, track shipments, and coordinate with carriers to resolve issues, while ensuring data accuracy across systems.

The role emphasizes reporting, invoicing support, and collaboration with teams to deliver reliable service. A background in logistics with strong MS Office skills is preferred.

Formación

• High School graduate with logistics/transportation experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard logistics software.
• Ability to compile basic reports and perform data checks.
• Experience tracking shipments and handling inquiries.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with customers and internal teams to manage profiles and service needs.
• Interface with airlines, shipping lines, and carriers to track shipments.
• Maintain and verify documents; update customer and carrier data in systems.
• Run operational reports and assist with quotes and service details.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
