Job summary

Custom Goods Logistics is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and integration of new clients within our 3PL network. You will coordinate across Operations, IT, Warehouse, Transportation, and Customer Service to ensure go-live success and post-implementation support.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or client implementation in logistics, with strong communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in project management or client implementation within a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong understanding of WMS, TMS, EDI, and related logistics technologies.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding from discovery to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Serve as main PCI for implementation, providing proactive communication and managing expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams (Operations, IT, Warehouse, Transportation, Customer Service).
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate WMS, TMS, and other platforms with client systems.
• Identify issues early, develop contingency plans, and resolve problems to protect timelines.
• Create training materials and facilitate sessions for internal teams and clients.
• Capture lessons learned and standardize best practices for future implementations.
• Monitor KPIs, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadership.
