Job summary

Trovo Group, a rapidly growing technology-driven logistics and supply chain organization, seeks a Project Manager, Implementations to lead customer onboarding and implementation initiatives. Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of project management, implementation, or customer onboarding experience.
• Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or a 3PL environment strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both internal teams and external customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar).
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS), ERP platforms, or supply chain technology is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customer accounts and supply chain solutions.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and communication strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, Technology, Sales, Procurement, Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation process.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and keep initiatives on schedule.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews.
• Document customer requirements and ensure successful execution of project deliverables.
• Track project progress and communicate updates to both internal leadership and customers.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance implementation efficiency and scalability.
