Blue-Grace Logistics LLC in Troy, Michigan is seeking an experienced individual to be responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients. This on-site position involves overseeing the implementation process across multiple stakeholders while ensuring effective communication.

The ideal candidate will have a logistics or supply chain background and 3 to 5 years of transportation experience, along with project management skills. Comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 2 – 4 year college degree with focus in logistics or supply chain preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of transportation/logistics experience is required.
• Ability to travel more than 50%.
• Prior experience with project management or implementation of new business.
• Prior experience with systems integration (API, EDI, FTP).

Responsibilities

• Understand scope of services regarding onboarding requirements.
• Develop a detailed project plan assigning dates and owners.
• Meet with clients to review project schedule and status.
• Gather all client requirements to execute the operational strategy.
• Provide ownership of the full project until steady state is reached.
