You will ensure safe, timely freight movement, load assignment, and top-tier customer service while training to comply with DOT regulations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel to account locations when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate depending on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Train drivers and staff on internal and customer systems during onboarding.
• Analyze and present customer reporting and financial analysis at customer locations.
• Assist with payroll, budgets, driver coaching, and incident reviews.
• Coordinate with maintenance to schedule preventive services and address safety issues.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Logistics

High School Diploma or GED with 1 year experience
