This entry‑level program trains you to meet DOT regulations, manage payroll, budgets, and reporting, and supports growth into leadership roles across fleet operations at a national logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain or related field, OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year management/transportation experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights/weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure productivity and set up new carriers.
• Fill in for absent staff and support special fleet optimization projects.
• Learn payroll, budget management, and driver relations, including reporting and audits.
• Develop skills in planning, routing, monitoring, and delivering freight with DOT compliance.
• Gain knowledge of inventory, assets, and driver assignment to balance equipment in market.
• Assist with administrative duties including payroll, invoicing, and financial reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance for vehicle upkeep and safety fixes.
