You will help coordinate freight movement, driver safety, and carrier relations, while gaining exposure to payroll, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or a High School Diploma with 1 year of related experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company events as needed.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate based on account assignment.
• Experience in team management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and outside carriers.
• Assist with fleet operations optimization and profitability projects.
• Assist with driver training, payroll, budgeting, and reporting tasks.
• Plan loads, route freight, monitor performance, and resolve service issues.
• Support safety culture and ensure DOT compliance.
