You will gain experience in DOT compliance, driver management, and reporting, while supporting payroll, budgeting, and operational planning across multiple shifts and customer locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of management/transportation experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and safe outside carriers.
• Fill in for absent personnel and on special projects related to fleet operations.
• Learn personnel management including training of drivers and internal/third-party systems.
• Maximize efficiency of fleet operations and present customer reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment.
