Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or GED path with related experience as described in the qualifications.
• Ability to travel to account locations and events as applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and external carriers.
• Fill in for absent personnel and assist with special projects in fleet operations.
• Assist with training drivers and internal systems for performance improvement.
• Support load planning, routing, and monitoring to meet customer requirements.
• Assist with payroll, budgets, driver counseling, and reporting tasks.
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment upkeep and safety compliance.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve issues promptly.
