Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field OR 1 year management/transportation/logistics experience with a high school diploma.
• Willing to travel to account/customer/company events as needed.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate based on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and outside carriers.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Train drivers and staff on internal and customer systems.
• Plan and monitor loads to meet safety and on-time delivery requirements.
• Manage yard operations and maintenance scheduling with vendors and drivers.
