Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Willingness to regionally relocate dependent on account assignment.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to analyze situations and reach productive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and carriers to ensure seamless new carrier setup and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and assist with projects related to fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn personnel management including training/orientation of drivers and employees and use of internal/customer systems.
• Help maximize efficiency of fleet operations, measure KPIs, and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Gain knowledge to manage inventory, assets, customer pools and driver assignments to balance equipment in market.
• Perform administrative duties such as payroll, budgets, driver counseling, invoicing, and reporting.
• Assist with yard management, equipment checks, repairs, and coordinating maintenance.
• Collaborate with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues and optimize routing and planning.
• Maintain the company's safety culture with daily driver safety messages and trainings to ensure DOT compliance.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of experience in management, transportation/logistics, business administration, account management, or related field, and/or equivalent military experience
