Carvana is seeking a management-level leader for its Logistics Field Operations, supervising multiple teams at an assigned location. The role ensures safe, efficient transportation, route optimization, and strong cross‑team coordination.

Applicants should have 3+ years in logistics or supply chain, 2+ years of people leadership, and a track record of developing staff, with CDL experience preferred. This on-site position includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT compliance/regulations.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Degree preferred: Bachelor's in related fields.
• Experience leading or developing people, including managing CDL drivers.
• Transportation experience, including driving vehicle transporter or tractor trailer, or related Military experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned locations in coordination with site leaders.
• Develop site-specific goals and objectives and ensure alignment and execution within the site.
• Review daily route schedules and coordinate with Logistics Operations Planning to address issues.
• Mentor and coach direct reports and support leadership development.
• Ensure safety standards and GEMBA walks are conducted.
• Maintain timely communication with internal teams.
• Coordinate movement of inventory through warehouse workflow to meet business needs.
