Job summary

Carvana is seeking a management level logistics supervisor to oversee day-to-day transportation operations at the designated location. You will coordinate with site leaders, review route schedules, and drive safety and efficiency in warehouse flow.

The role requires 2+ years of people leadership and 3+ years in logistics or supply chain, with preferred Bachelor's degree. Compensation includes equity and full benefits, with a schedule Tue–Sat, 3pm–12am.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• Experience leading or developing people, including managing CDL drivers.
• Transportation experience or military background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations needs at assigned locations in coordination with other site leaders.
• Participate in the development of site specific goals and objectives and ensure alignment and execution within the site.
• Review and evaluate daily route schedules and work with Logistics Operations Planning and Scheduling to address issues.
• Mentor and accountability to direct reports and succession planning through coaching and training.
• Ensure workplace safety standards, including GEMBA walks and yard cleanliness.
• Coordinate and monitor movement of inventory through warehouse workflow to meet business needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
