Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Manager Logistics to oversee the efficient operation of accounts, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, and compliance. Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of managing/direct reports.

Responsabilités

• Manage salaried and hourly employees, resolving performance issues and ensuring policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Be responsible for payroll of employees.
• Analyze weekly and monthly P&L to determine profitability and provide reports to senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead Safety & Security meetings and ensure safety regulations are followed.
