Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 2+ years leading direct reports.
• Advanced knowledge of transportation and/or warehouse logistics operations.
• Advanced knowledge of safety and security requirements.
• DOT Regulated: No.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly staff performance and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs and expectations.
• Oversee payroll processing for employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report profitability to leadership.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes and customer invoicing.
• Hold safety meetings and provide safety training.
• Be flexible with shifts and overtime during peak periods.
