Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Logistics Manager in Kentucky to oversee account operations, including P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance. The role requires leading teams of salaried and hourly staff and coordinating with senior management and clients to meet expectations.

The position includes salary in the $75,000–$80,000 range with a 10% annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) with company match. The work is on-site in the Berea, KY area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• 2+ years of direct reports management.

Responsibilities

• Lead salaried and hourly staff; resolve performance issues and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to align on needs and operate the account.
• Oversee payroll and personnel management.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L; provide financial data and reports to leadership.
• Manage accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
