Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Logistics Manager in Greenwood, IN to oversee the end-to-end operations of our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role covers P&L responsibility, customer satisfaction, compliance, employee relations, and safety, with a salary range of $80,000–$85,000 and a 10% annual bonus.

The position requires leadership of both salaried and hourly staff, collaboration with senior management and clients, payroll oversight, and performance analysis to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Two+ years of managing direct reports.
• Knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations.
• Knowledge of safety and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage salaried and hourly employees and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with senior management and customers to meet needs.
• Payroll responsibility for employees.
• Analyze weekly/monthly P&L and report profitability to senior management.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor quotes, and customer invoicing.
• Lead safety meetings and training; ensure safety compliance.
