Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Lean/Continuous Improvement leader to drive standardization and sustainability across our Des Moines area site. You will lead Lean initiatives, coach teams, and develop a yearly CI roadmap to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals.

The role requires 3–5 years of Lean experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing, and the ability to travel up to 75% of the time. A degree in a related field is required, with strong MS Office and quality system knowledge.

Qualifications

Degree or higher in Logistics, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field.
3–5 years of Lean experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
Willing to travel a minimum of 75% of the time.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Define requirements for operations and implement Continuous Improvement strategies to meet business and customer expectations.
Lead Lean activities, Kaizen events, standardization, value-stream mapping, and CIR development sessions.
Develop and mentor teams in Lean applications across the organization.
Create and manage annual site Continuous Improvement Roadmap for standardization and sustainability.
Prepare data, metrics, reports, and newsletters to communicate progress.
Review Lean performance with leadership and provide coaching and development.
