Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead CIP across warehousing, transportation and freight forwarding.

You will own end-to-end optimization initiatives, from opportunity identification to implementation and sustainment, using Lean, Six Sigma, and 3PL best practices. This role may supervise 2–3 junior CI, Process Excellence, Engineering, or Analytics professionals as the CI program expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, SCM, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or operations roles within 3PL/logistics.
• Demonstrated Lean/Six Sigma projects with quantifiable results.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations, WMS/TMS, and labor systems.
• Proficient in process mapping, time studies, statistics, and DMAIC/PDCA.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIP across warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding operations.
• Own and evolve CIP strategy with kaizen events, DMAIC projects, and rapid-improvement initiatives.
• Establish and track a savings/benefit pipeline with ROI documentation.
• Build CIP governance cadence tied to site and regional KPIs.
• Champion CI culture through training, coaching, and visible leadership.
• Identify automation, WMS/TMS enhancements, and technology opportunities.
• Develop dashboards to monitor OTIF, productivity, cost-per-unit, and safety metrics.
