Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement or operations roles in 3PL/logistics/warehousing.
• Significant experience leading Lean/Six Sigma projects with measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and labor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIP strategy across sites with kaizen, DMAIC, and rapid-improvement initiatives.
• Build and track a savings/benefit pipeline with ROI documentation.
• Govern CIP cadence with charters, stage-gate reviews, and close-out tied to KPIs.
• Coach and develop junior CI professionals and support new site launches.
