DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead the CIP across warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding. You will own opportunity identification, DMAIC/Kaizen initiatives, and ROI‑driven improvements while guiding junior CI, engineering, or analytics staff.

Based in the USA with flexible locations (Salt Lake City, Dallas, or Independence), you will build dashboards, drive standardization, and partner with IT and operations to scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, operations management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or operations in 3PL/logistics/warehousing or manufacturing.
• Led Lean/Six Sigma projects (Green/Black Belt preferred) with quantifiable results.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations, WMS/TMS, and labor systems.
• Proficient in process mapping, time studies, statistics, and improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, PDCA, VSM, Root Cause Analysis).
• Excellent project management, cross-site collaboration, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and governance of CIP across warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding.
• Own end‑to‑end process optimization initiatives with ROI documentation.
• Develop CIP governance cadence, charters, and stage‑gate reviews; drive improvements.
• Coach and lead cross‑functional teams; support site startups and customer implementations.
• Develop dashboards and reports for OTIF, productivity, cost per unit, and order accuracy.
• Provide data‑driven analyses to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and customers to embed CI principles.
