Job summary

• Strong knowledge of WMS/TMS and labor-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIP strategy and kaizen events across sites.
• Develop ROI-based savings pipeline and governance.
• Coach and develop junior CI professionals.
• Redesign SOPs to reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Partner with IE to optimize labor standards and layouts.
