Job summary

Lineage in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join the site leadership team. You will lead Lean initiatives, develop the annual CI Roadmap, and drive improvements across operations, safety, quality, and delivery.

The role requires 3-5 years Lean in logistics/warehouse, Bachelor's in a related field, and travel up to 75%. You will coach teams, facilitate Kaizen events, and ensure sustainability of standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Lean experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Willing to travel a minimum of 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Defines requirements for operations and ensures the implementation of Continuous Improvement strategies to meet business requirements and customer expectations.
• Facilitate Lean activities, including Kaizen events, Lean training, standardization, value-stream mapping, and CIR development sessions.
• Develops, models, and coaches Lean applications across the site.
• Lead yearly site Continuous Improvement Roadmap to drive standardization and sustainability.
• Mentor, coach, and train various levels throughout the company.
