Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management, operations management, business, or related field.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or operations within 3PL, warehousing, or logistics.
• Green Belt/Black Belt certification and proven Lean/Six Sigma results.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) across warehousing, transportation and freight forwarding.
• Own CIP strategy, kaizen events, DMAIC projects, and rapid-improvement initiatives.
• Build and track savings/benefit pipeline with ROI documentation.
• Establish CIP governance cadence linked to site KPIs.
• Coach and train teams to embed CI principles and sustain gains.
• Conduct time studies, process mapping (VSM), and root-cause analysis.
• Redesign SOPs to reduce waste and improve throughput and productivity.
• Collaborate with IE to develop labor standards and slotting layouts.
• Identify automation and WMS/TMS enhancements supporting scale.
• Create dashboards to monitor OTIF, productivity, cost-per-unit, accuracy, and safety.
