The program emphasizes developing skills in fleet operations, route planning, and customer-facing reporting, with opportunities to collaborate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of management/transportation experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Willingness to regionally relocate depending on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safe carriers to ensure new carrier set-up and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and work on projects to optimize fleet operations and profitability.
• Learn to manage driver training and orientation, including internal and customer systems.
