The role focuses on learning to manage a small driver count, assign loads, and ensure safe, on-time freight movement while maintaining DOT compliance. It requires collaboration with drivers, carriers, and internal teams. The position offers exposure to fleet operations, budgeting, and reporting, with opportunities to develop leadership and operational excellence in a dynamic logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field OR High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of related experience.
• Willing to travel to account, customer, and company event locations when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers to optimize performance.
• Fill in for absent personnel and on special projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Learn to manage payroll, budgets, driver counseling, and invoicing.
