Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation/Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; or a high school diploma with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel to account locations when applicable.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
• Willingness to regionally relocate based on account assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build and maintain relationships with drivers and carriers for onboarding and productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support fleet optimization projects.
• Train drivers and staff on internal systems and processes.
• Assist in reporting, budgeting, and financial analyses for customer-specific needs.
• Assist with yard management, vehicle maintenance coordination, and safety compliance.
• Plan loads, route freight, and monitor deliveries to meet customer requirements.
