Job summary

ELTA North America (ELTA NA) is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound/outbound shipments, inventory, and related documentation in a warehouse setting. The role acts as the liaison between suppliers and customers to ensure orderly reception and processing of shipments.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, stocking inventory, creating packing lists, auditing freight costs, and coordinating deliveries for RMAs, while adhering to ISO 9001/AS9100 and export controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; customer service experience in a professional setting.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand/walk/sit and lift 50 lbs or more.
• ISO 9001/AS9100 experience and ITAR/import-export familiarity are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipments against quantities and part numbers.
• Store and catalog inventory; create packing lists and records.
• Prepare orders for delivery or pickup; load, pack, and ship items.
• Audit freight costs and documentation; review invoices and POs.
• Coordinate deliveries for RMAs and maintain warehouse space.
• Operate forklift and participate in year-end inventory procedures.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and QA standards.
