Qualifications

• Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel required.
• Strong math, communication and problem-solving skills essential.
• Knowledge of UPS and FedEx software helpful; ITAR basics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all outbound domestic and international shipments with external carriers and Freight Forwarders.
• Obtain quotes and select freight/forwarding vendors.
• Coordinate with internal/external contacts on shipments.
• Investigate and resolve shipping or paperwork issues.
• Prepare invoices, bills of lading and shipping statements.
