Job summary

ELTA – NA relies on a Logistics Coordinator to manage warehouse duties, inbound/outbound shipments, and inventory controls. The role coordinates with suppliers and customers to ensure accurate, timely deliveries and compliant documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include receiving goods, packing, shipping, data entry, and year-end inventory; forklift operation and quality inspections are routine.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in a professional setting.
• At least one year warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• ISO 9001 or AS9100 familiarity is a plus.
• ITAR/import/export experience is desirable.
• US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify shipments by matching quantities, part numbers, serial numbers and types.
• Store and catalog inventory in company systems.
• Create packing lists, logs and records; log transactions.
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup.
• Audit freight costs and documentation.
• Review invoices and purchase orders.
• Coordinate deliveries for RMAs.
• Maintain warehouse space and cleanliness.
• Load shipments safely and operate forklift as needed.
• Participate in year-end and general inventory procedures.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and internal procedures.
• Organize files manually and electronically.
• Perform incoming quality inspections on pass-through items.
