Job summary

Hamilton Medical in Reno, NV is seeking a detail-oriented shipping and stock clerk to join our team. The role involves pulling orders, packing instruments securely, maintaining accurate shipping logs, and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely delivery.

You will work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, use ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics) and Excel for inventory control, and support cycle counts. Prior stock room and shipping experience is preferred; a high school diploma is required, LEAP

Qualifications

Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Prior stock room, shipping, order pulling and receiving experience preferred.
Technical Certificate and/or LEAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Pull orders accurately and prepare products for shipment with proper packaging and labels.
Provide quality, timely work in a fast-paced environment.
Follow shipping and receiving procedures to standards.
Develop and implement schedules for multiple site locations (domestic and international).
Maintain accurate shipping logs and update status throughout schedules.
Coordinate material deliveries for shipping, production and packing.
