Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year logistics/warehouse/inventory control experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Ability to follow complex directions and adapt to change.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
• Experience REMSA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory management support including cycle counts, receiving, stocking, processing POs and periodic purchasing.
• Manage facilities ticket system in partnership with Sr. Buyer and coordinate vendor support.
• Oversee PMs, repairs, inspections of medical equipment, and safe operation of company vehicles.
• Maintain Operative IQ inventory control and ordering system; keep accurate maintenance/work logs.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and distribution; arrange transportation to meet demand with minimal delay.
• Prepare reports for upper management and maintain organized, professional workspace.
