Job summary

DCL Logistics is a modern 3PL and technology company seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator. The role supports inventory accuracy, flawless shipping, and adherence to ISO 9001/14001 standards.

You will perform cycle counts, reconcile variances, manage WMS/JD Edwards data, and generate production and distribution reports. Leadership in logistics and forklift/RF scanner experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in a Logistics/Warehouse environment.
• Must have at least two (2) years of Inventory Control Experience in a Logistics/Warehouse environment.
• Must have experience performing a Year-End Physical Inventory.
• Must have experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Must have FEFO, FIFO, and LIFO knowledge/experience.
• RF Scanner experience required.
• Stock Picker, Stand-up Reach, and Sit-Down Forklift experience; Turret a plus.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Understand warehouse flow and reflect movements in WMS and JD Edwards.
• Perform and schedule cycle counts and location audits; make system adjustments.
• Reconcile inventory variances and explain root causes.
• Maintain database integrity for inventory records.
• Generate & monitor production and distribution reports; close work orders and backlog.
• Ensure compliance to ISO 9001 and 14001 standards; follow code of conduct.
