Job summary

ASUS is seeking a Sr. Logistics Inventory Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure alignment between internal systems and 3PL providers. The role supports inventory control, reconciliation, cycle counts, and issue resolution to enable smooth order fulfillment.

You will work with ERP/WMS systems, monitor movements, and produce variance reports. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP/WMS are required, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem-solving in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in logistics environment and project management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and WMS systems.
• Basic knowledge of inventory processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/WMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/WMS systems by updating daily transactions (receiving, shipping, adjustments).
• Cross-check inventory data between internal systems and 3PL reports.
• Coordinate and monitor cycle counts conducted by 3PL partners.
• Investigate inventory variances by reviewing transaction history.
• Track inbound, outbound, and internal inventory movements.
• Prepare reconciliation reports and elevate variances for resolution.
• Provide clear instructions on SKU scope, locations, and timing.
• Coordinate with cross teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution.
