Job summary

IRCA Group USA LLC is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to align and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, including small parcels, LTL, and TL shipments. You will verify materials reflect customer demands and maintain order accuracy through review of BOL, PRO #, and transfers to 3PLs.

You will support the Warehouse, review inbound materials, labels, and processing; use InforM3 ERP to manage shipping; communicate with freight carriers and customers; and help resolve inventory discrepancies while

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of transportation experience; 3 years preferred.
• HS diploma or GED required; ERP familiarity preferred.
• Experience operating forklift trucks required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate forklift/pallet jack.
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Align and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries including small parcels, LTL, and TL shipments.
• Verify materials reflect customer demands and maintain order accuracy (BOL, PRO #, transfers to 3PLs).
• Assist Warehouse with reviewing inbound materials, labeling, and processing.
• Ensure shipments have proper documentation and communicate shortages to management.
• Work with material handlers to ensure timely, proper shipment handling.
• Use InforM3 ERP to facilitate shipping process from start to finish.
• Handle Freight Claims/returns for non-conforming materials.
