Responsibilities

• Shipping & Deployment Coordination: organize and execute shipments domestically and internationally; ensure documentation and labels meet standards.
• Inventory Management & Fulfillment: conduct regular audits and support stock replenishment and QC.
• Warehouse Operations & Task Management: operate daily warehouse tasks; maintain 5S and safe workspace; assist with IT troubleshooting.
• Communication & Escalation: monitor queues and escalate blockers; provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Administrative & Technical Competency: input logistics data across platforms; use Google Workspace and MS Office; complete SOPs.
• Local Delivery Support: perform scheduled local deliveries within a 25-mile radius.
