Responsibilities

• Learn about PLS Logistics Services and the logistics industry.
• Build a portfolio of clients by cold calling using provided industry leads.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals and manage client services through resolution.
• Be the trusted advisor to customers and liaise with Logistics Coordinators to handle workload.
• Maintain accurate updates in the tracking system and seek growth opportunities.
