Responsibilities

• Serve as essential resource for customers to ship freight nationwide, 24/7/365.
• Develop a client portfolio through cold calling using industry leads.
• Negotiate pricing to close deals and finalize arrangements.
• Take charge of client service issues until resolution.
• Keep tracking system updated accurately throughout the day.
• Be the trusted advisor to customers, managing logistics challenges.
• Liaise with Logistics Coordinators to support more business.
• Seek promotional opportunities to advance within the company.
• Maintain knowledge of industry rates, capacities, and carriers.
