ITS Logistics is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead customer onboarding and system implementations in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will coordinate with operations, IT, and account teams to ensure successful onboarding and transitions with customers.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Occasional travel and weekend availability may be required to support new customers.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of warehouse experience required.
• Ability to provide creative solutions to business problems and apply critical thinking to resolve issues.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Ability to develop business relationships with internal and external customers.
• Ability to think strategically and analyze reports and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead successful customer implementations and onboarding processes.
• Serve as the floor level resource for operations, account management, and IT.
• Collaborate with WMS specialists and perform basic UAT as the primary resource.
• Execute tasks defined in BRD and support transition of new customers to ops and account teams.
• Travel to campus locations for extended onboarding support and training.
