Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a senior operations leader to manage a high-volume logistics operation. You will coordinate multiple teams to meet customer service standards, drive contract profitability, and guide strategic growth initiatives across existing and new accounts.

The role demands extensive experience in 3PL and hands-on expertise in budgeting, cost control, and process improvement. A master’s degree is preferred, with a focus on operational excellence and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, 3PL or Transportation; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum ten years relevant experience.
• Expertise in operations and business management.
• Experience managing big box operations.
• 3PL Industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide direction through multiple teams to ensure customer service expectations are met.
• Attainment of profit objectives of contracts; provide financial analysis and assist in decision making for customer.
• Develop organic growth with existing customers and future business development.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost control programs are maintained.
• Lead and foster positive relationships with customers and within contracts.
• Oversee contract staff and labor to meet customer requirements and control costs.
• Develop and monitor procedures and work instructions; empower managerial staff.
• Utilize Performance Management and continuous improvement methods to meet quality/performance objectives.
• Establish and monitor cost control; budget development and payroll analysis.
• Analyze and report contract performance to customers.
