Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, 3 PL or Transportation.
• 10+ years in operations and business management.
• Experience leading multiple geographically dispersed sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-volume supply chain operations.
• Discuss service needs with customers and identify potential problems.
• Achieve profitability objectives and provide financial analysis.
• Develop organic growth with existing customers.
• Ensure safety and maintain quality; monitor costs.
• Oversee overall operations and staffing.
• Prepare customer-related performance reports and correspondence.
• Train managers to achieve contract goals.
• Maintain productivity and quality award programs.
• Drive continuous improvement using Kaizen/LEAN and EQS.
• Manage annual budget, monthly P&L reviews, payroll, and cost analysis.
• Negotiate and enforce applicable labor agreements.
